I am an Executive Assistant with more than six years of experience. My work has grown from day-to-day support into marketing, operations, CRM systems, reporting and automation.

Hi, I’m Zayn. I’m an Executive Assistant and Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate with more than six years of experience helping leaders and teams stay organized, make better decisions and keep work moving.
My background is rooted in operations management. I have managed agent performance, daily reporting, team communication, follow-up systems and the small details that decide whether a plan gets completed or forgotten.
As my responsibilities grew, I moved deeper into marketing and technology. I earned my Meta Digital Marketing Associate certification in 2024, generated more than 300 motivated-seller leads and built practical experience with Meta ads, content, funnels and real-estate acquisition campaigns.
Today I bring all of that together. I build GoHighLevel systems, improve CRM workflows, create Power BI reporting, develop AI chatbots and design automations that help people respond faster and work with better information.
Support taught me how a business really moves.
I started by helping leaders stay organized, follow through on priorities and keep communication moving across teams. That work gave me a close view of where decisions slow down and where opportunities get lost.
I started working independently and took on more ownership.
In 2021 I began building my own path. I moved beyond admin tasks into systems, marketing and operations. I learned the tools because the work needed more than reminders and spreadsheets.
Now I build the systems behind the team.
Today I manage cold-calling performance, build GoHighLevel workflows, run Meta campaigns, create Power BI reporting, develop AI chatbots and design CRM systems that people use every day.
